Yeah, corporate buy in is everything here. If they offer flex hours or shuttle subsidies, it might stick. Otherwise it is just a suggestion.

That is the key question. MMRDA should publish current metro load factors before claiming success. Otherwise it is just a PR move.

If they paired this with last mile electric rickshaws or bike share, it would actually reduce emissions. Just shifting to diesel buses doesn't help much.
