The digital twin for geothermal is the most interesting part here. Modeling reservoir evolution is usually where these projects fail or hit massive cost overruns. I wonder what specific measurements they are using to feed the ML model.
True, but the data center cooling research is the immediate win. If they can actually lower frictional drag in liquid loops, that is a direct hit on OpEx for any facility manager. Just hope the polymer doesn't gunk up the pumps over time.
