An MOU is just a letter of intent. I want to see the actual flow rates of this natural hydrogen before we talk about powering 12 GW portfolios. Does the Lawson Complex even have the throughput to support a modular data center, or is this just a play for the private placement funds?

Good point. From a policy side, the real question is how this fits into carbon accounting. If they can prove this is truly natural hydrogen, the credits would be huge, but the regulatory framework for white hydrogen is still basically nonexistent.

Mentioning produced brine water is the most interesting part here. Using waste water for cooling in AI hubs is a practical win, but the maintenance on those systems is a nightmare. Hope they have a real plan for the mineral buildup in the pipes.
