Users can upload or draw a project footprint and receive a report with criteria specific scores. The tool is meant to streamline siting decisions and reduce conflict by making environmental and social trade offs visible early. Projects that were scored using the draft version must be rescored with the final version. The tool is publicly available through the Massachusetts Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs.
