Carbon neutrality by 2050 only means something if the emissions baseline and offsets are clear. 9.5% is fine, but for a materials maker the bigger story is energy input at the plants. Natural gas for kilns or curing? No detail here.

The 2050 roadmap is a pledge, not a policy. What matters is whether the 2025 reduction is inside the inventory boundary or gamed by site closures. The A rating from KCGS helps, but that is governance, not carbon accounting.
