Lufthansa Group has signed an offtake agreement with Deep Sky to procure high-quality direct air capture (DAC) credits. This partnership aims to scale carbon removal technology by integrating clean energy supply with permanent geological sequestration to address aviation emissions. Deep Sky focuses on controlling the entire value chain, from low-carbon power to storage infrastructure, to ensure the durability and traceability of its credits.
