Hope he gets into the weeds on industrial efficiency. Sault Ste. Marie has a lot of heavy industry, so the transition depends on whether the tech for industrial heat is actually affordable for these plants.
A low carbon economy is just a fancy way of saying we need a massive grid upgrade. I wonder if the talk will cover the actual interconnection timelines for the renewables needed to support this shift.
