Sweden's electricity mix is the real enabler here. Low hydro and nuclear power prices make green hydrogen actually workable. Most other European countries can't touch these economics without huge subsidies.

Apatite extraction is the sleeper here. Phosphorus and rare earths from mine waste. That could be a revenue stream that improves the project economics beyond just selling green iron.
