Linglong Tire has introduced a concept tire composed of 85% sustainable materials, including bio-based renewables and recycled content. The tire uses rice husk ash silica and bio-based rubber to replace petroleum ingredients while maintaining high performance standards for rolling resistance and braking. The company has committed to a 52.07% reduction in emissions by 2035 and net-zero emissions by 2050. Their strategy includes using pyrolysis carbon black and liquid waste rubber to create a closed resource cycle for waste tires.
