Korea Southern Power has launched a six-week onboarding program for 102 new employees to build expertise in the energy sector. The training includes field visits to the Samcheok Bitdream Headquarters and the Jeongam Wind Power Complex to emphasize stable power supply and the shift toward renewables. The company is focusing on preparing its workforce for the transition to carbon neutrality. The recruitment process also emphasized social equity by including high school graduates and people with disabilities.
