Karbon-X (OTCQB:KARX) reported record revenue of $55.9 million for fiscal 2026, up from $3.16 million a year earlier. The gain came mainly from its first full year of large-scale carbon credit trading. Gross profit was $0.86 million, nearly flat year over year, because the revenue mix shifted toward high-volume, low-margin trades. In addition to trading, the company expanded project development in Europe, Latin America and North America, and acquired carbon project assets from Allcot AG. It also converted $7.0 million of convertible notes into equity. Management says fiscal 2027 will focus on moving projects through measurement, reporting and verification, which could lead to credit issuances and better margins. The full annual report on Form 10-K includes the audited financials and going concern disclosure.
