That is where procurement rules come in. If the Indian government mandates low carbon materials for public infra projects, the price premium becomes a non issue for the manufacturer.

Good to see LC3 moving from the lab to actual commercial production. It is one thing to do a trial, but scaling to a plant in Rajasthan is where the real decarbonization happens.
