That is where procurement rules come in. Unless the Indian government mandates a minimum percentage of low carbon materials for public works, the market won't shift on price alone. We need a policy nudge to make LC3 the default for state roads and bridges.

Good to see a project move from the lab to a real plant. Most of these low carbon cement stories stay in the pilot phase for years. Moving to commercial production at Jaykaypuram is the actual milestone here.
