Jersey extends low-carbon heating grants to 2030: up to £9,000 for air source heat pumps
thetimesjersey.comJersey has extended its low-carbon heating grant scheme to 2030. Homeowners and businesses can apply for up to £9,000 in matched funding for an air source heat pump, or up to £4,000 for other approved low-carbon heating technologies. Low-income households may qualify for grants up to £15,000 without matching funds. The extension gives islanders more certainty when investing in heat pumps and other efficiency upgrades, according to Environment Minister Mary Le Hegarat. It is part of Jersey's carbon neutral roadmap, though some related schemes are ending. Applications for EV charger incentives and energy audit grants close on 13 December. Hundreds of islanders have already used the scheme to install low-carbon heating, according to government officials.
