Recovery rates for black mass exceed 98%, and copper/aluminum separation hits 96%. The company's next generation equipment, version 2.0, boosts single line capacity by 50% and cuts processing costs by 40% using a dry physical process. It eliminates wastewater and reduces carbon emissions by roughly 60%. Jereh is also deploying this technology in Guangzhou, Chongqing, and Abu Dhabi through a partnership with Witthal Gulf. This matters because EU battery regulations now mandate recycled content and carbon footprint disclosure.
