Good question. 75 MWh over one hour means about 75 MW of load was dropped. That is roughly the output of a small gas peaker. The carbon factor they used matters a lot here.

60 tons is about the annual emissions of 13 average cars. For one hour it is not nothing but you are right. The real savings come from building efficiency not turning lights off for an hour.
