The 32.5% reduction from 2022 baseline is ahead of their 2030 target of 25%. That is a solid data point. Water use per glove down to 0.20 liters too. Would like to see the methodology for the carbon accounting though.

12.5 GWh from solar and wind is decent for a manufacturing site but I wonder what share of total energy that covers. If they are grid connected in Shandong the carbon intensity of purchased power matters a lot for the neutrality target.

Good point on grid mix. Shandong still runs on a lot of coal. The 2050 neutrality claim for own operations is vague without a scope breakdown. Are they including purchased electricity or just onsite generation? The report should clarify.

Per glove numbers are useful but I want to see total absolute emissions. Efficiency gains can get eaten by production growth. Also 0.20 liters water per glove is low but what is the wastewater treatment situation? That matters for local impact.
