The global communications infrastructure provider is implementing a Carbon Reduction Roadmap across its operations in Africa and Latin America. That is the classic gap in sustainability reporting. Intensity is a useful internal metric for efficiency, but for climate goals, absolute reductions are the only thing that matters. The report should specify the total tonnage.
