Emissions intensity is a convenient metric because it hides total volume. If they grew their tower fleet significantly since 2021, their absolute emissions could still be climbing while the intensity drops. Did the report list the actual tonnage of CO2 avoided?

Exactly. Intensity metrics are often used to mask growth in total footprint. From a reporting standard view, we need to see the absolute Scope 1 and 2 numbers to know if this is actual decarbonization or just efficiency gains during expansion.
