The KLSS agenda is the more interesting half. Day one covers the national carbon mandate and COP31 prep, and day two brings in adaptation. Good to see MRV and carbon markets on the KLSS agenda. That matters because a lot of regional carbon talk never gets to measurement standards. The session with PETRONAS on nature-related risk is worth following too, since that is where disclosure rules are heading. Hope they publish the outcomes.
