It also became a signatory of the United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment and launched a new Long-Term Incentive Plan linking senior management pay to key sustainability milestones. Earlier in 2026, the company launched Singapore's largest commercial real estate private fund, the Singapore Central Private Real Estate Fund, which focuses on ultra-premium and green-certified assets. The fund includes founding investors APG Asset Management and Qatar Investment Authority, aligning capital with decarbonisation pathways.
