Hong Kong Launches Energy Saving Charters 2026 Targets Carbon Reduction and Building Efficiency

Hong Kong's Environment and Ecology Bureau launched the Energy Saving Charter 2026 and 4T Charter on June 23, aiming to cut carbon emissions through voluntary pledges on indoor temperature, appliance use, and renewable energy adoption.
