Platinum ratings are nice, but I want to see the actual energy use intensity numbers. High performance facades only do so much when you have massive open spaces and constant passenger flow to manage.

Does this terminal include its own onsite generation or storage to handle peak loads? Adding a massive new terminal puts a lot of pressure on the local grid, regardless of how green the building shell is.
