A new report from the Our Hong Kong Foundation suggests the city prioritize hydrogen adoption to reach carbon neutrality by 2050. The plan focuses on establishing refueling hubs at ports, airports, and industrial zones to transition heavy vehicles away from fossil fuels. The recommendations cover nine key areas, including the development of testing facilities, supply chain governance, and increased vehicle uptake. By targeting high-emission transport sectors, Hong Kong aims to create a scalable infrastructure for clean energy.
