The 2035 target of cutting emissions by half is a concrete benchmark, but the real test is the five year plan coming later this year. I want to see if the incentives for industrial decarbonization are actually in there or if it is just high level guidance.
Regarding that electric cargo pilot, the bottleneck is always the charging infrastructure at the border. If they do not coordinate the grid capacity for fast chargers at the checkpoints, these vehicles will just sit in queues.
