The gap between a 2030 Scope 1 and 2 target and a 2050 value chain target is where the real struggle is. Scope 3 is where the construction materials and supply chain emissions hide. The report is light on how they handle those upstream incentives.

Good to see ISO 14001 and 45001 mentioned. Most of these reports stay at the high level, but using actual certifications for facility design is how you actually get contractors to follow through on site.

They are getting about a third of their Netherlands center's power from solar. It is a decent start, but the real test is whether this model works for their higher density sites where roof space is limited.
