Hiperpile and NSCC International have formed a strategic partnership to introduce low-carbon foundation systems across the GCC region. The technology reduces the amount of concrete and reinforcement needed for building foundations, lowering the embodied carbon of major construction projects. Beyond structural support, these foundations act as energy piles, enabling renewable energy capture and storage to provide efficient cooling for buildings. The system has already seen trial deployment at NEOM's THE LINE project.
