Revenue is up but the bottom line took a hit from that fire at the recycling plant. Worth watching if the Dhar plant capacity boost can offset those losses in the next half.
The 300 TPD capacity at Dhar looks good on paper, but I wonder about the actual utilization rate. Are they seeing the demand to fill that capacity immediately or is this just a build it and they will come play?
The consolidated profit drop is a classic operational risk. I am more interested in whether their carbon accounting standards are keeping up with this expansion to ensure the credits they generate actually hold value.
Fire losses at recycling plants usually mean a long road to recovery for the actual equipment. I want to see the specific cost of the repairs and how much insurance actually covers before calling this a quick bounce back.
