Smart meters across 97% of retail estate is decent for a national chain. But I want to know how much of their electricity is actually from the PV panels vs grid. And what the gas replacement plan looks like for branches that can't easily switch to heat pumps.

The carbon neutral by 2030 target is nice but the article doesn't say if they are using offsets or direct reductions. Smart meters and PV are good but without a baseline and annual reduction rate it's hard to assess. Also curious if the Yu Energy green tariff is backed by REGO certificates or actual additionality.
