Haier Biomedical launches automated low-carbon cold storage at Europe Biobank Week and Interphex Week Tokyo

Haier Biomedical debuted two new automated cold storage products at Europe Biobank Week 2026 in Prague and Interphex Week Tokyo 2026. The HAB80-60KA and HAB80-60KB systems are automated ultra-low temperature sample storage units designed for biobanks, with modular expansion and AI-driven monitoring. The company also launched the DWL368BPST ultra-low temperature freezer for Japanese labs, which uses 26% less energy than conventional models and has a compact 670mm width. The products feature dual independent refrigeration for sample safety and low-carbon design. Haier Biomedical is shifting from product export to ecosystem integration, partnering with universities and research institutions. The company aims to provide greener, more efficient cold storage for life sciences.
