Habiko, a partnership between Pension Insurance Corporation, Muse, and Homes England, has received planning approval for 240 affordable apartments at Academy Way in Warrington. The project focuses on delivering low-energy housing designed to reduce resident energy bills and carbon emissions. This development is the first in a larger initiative aiming to build 3,000 sustainable homes across England over the next 12 years. The Warrington site will feature two six-storey buildings with a focus on natural daylight and integrated green spaces.
