Gyeongsan City is expanding its carbon neutrality efforts by helping residents in multi-family housing enroll in the Carbon Neutral Point system. The initiative uses on-site supporters to help citizens install the CarbonPay app and register for energy saving rewards. The city plans to expand this project to 10 apartment complexes this year. By removing digital barriers for older residents, the program aims to increase community participation in daily energy reduction and carbon footprint management.
