Greenly and Normative Merge to Build Global Carbon Accounting Platform
sustainabilitymag.comGreenly and Normative have announced a merger to create what they call the world's largest climate software provider. The combined company will bring together over five million emission factors and aims to grow annual recurring revenue from €30 million to €50 million within three years. The platform will support corporate carbon accounting, supplier engagement, product footprints, and multi-framework ESG reporting. This consolidation targets the fragmented carbon accounting market, where companies face growing regulatory pressure from CSRD, SEC, and other standards. By integrating Normative's methodology with Greenly's AI automation, the merged entity plans to offer a single system of record for emissions data. For existing customers, contracts remain unchanged while they gain access to broader compliance coverage and a larger partner network.
