GreenJams cuts cement carbon footprint by 80% with carbon-negative building materials Agrocrete and Novastone

GreenJams founder Tarun Jami explains how the company's Binder reduces cement's carbon footprint by 80%, while products like Agrocrete and Novastone make buildings lighter, faster, and carbon-negative. Agrocrete is positioned as a carbon-negative walling material that can bring net embodied carbon of walls to zero and offset emissions from high-carbon elements like RCC and aluminum facades. GreenJams has completed 26 projects across India covering nearly 200,000 sq ft. In one mixed-use project operational for three years, the building recorded a 50% reduction in electricity use. The company works with clients like ITC to help developers meet embodied-carbon targets and support environmentally conscious projects that command premium pricing among buyers.
