Data shows that borrowers are taking out larger loans for energy efficiency and EVs, with average loan values nearly double the standard credit union loan. A recent pilot program involving 149 green loans totaling over 2.7 million euros resulted in an estimated annual carbon reduction of 195.54 tonnes of CO2.
