The Green Accelerator Skills Programme (GRASP) has launched a new digital hub to provide funded training for the construction industry. The initiative focuses on critical low-carbon technologies, including heat pump installation, Passive House design, and photovoltaic systems. Supported by a 9.8 million euro investment from the PEACEPLUS programme, the platform connects learners and employers across Northern Ireland and Ireland. It aims to close the skills gap in domestic retrofitting and sustainable building to help meet 2030 and 2050 net-zero targets.
