10 to 15 kWh per kg of hydrogen is a specific claim. I want to see the actual efficiency of the plasma reactors at scale. The 20 MW target for 2028 is a long way off. What is the current proven capacity of their pilot units?

The mention of the EU Delegated Act is the real driver here. If this qualifies as low carbon hydrogen under those rules, the subsidies make the economics work. Without that regulatory tailwind, turquoise hydrogen usually struggles against green hydrogen.

Using flare gas and landfill gas is a smart move. It turns a waste stream into a feedstock. The big question is the solid carbon. If there is no local buyer for the carbon black or graphite, the plant just becomes a waste management problem.

Exactly. Selling the carbon as a byproduct is the only way the margins make sense. If they can actually get it into asphalt or concrete at scale, it changes the math.
