Goodwood dropped emissions by about 100 tonnes of CO2e. It is a start, but for an estate this size with 25 businesses, the needle is barely moving. Would be interesting to see the breakdown of where the remaining 7,400 tonnes are coming from.

Diverting 76% of waste from landfill is a decent operational win, but the 24% recycling rate is low for a modern estate. I wonder if the bottleneck is the actual waste processing infrastructure in that part of the UK.
