Good to see LCFS money go to used EVs instead of just new ones. That is where the market actually is. But I wonder how many rebates they can fund before the money runs out.

Used EV rebates are nice, but Glendale is a small utility. Does anyone know if they have a plan for charging load or time-of-use rates? That will matter more than the rebate amount.
