ShEquity Partners and its partners have selected 10 Ghanaian SMEs to participate in a Gender-Smart Climate Technical Assistance Facility. The program focuses on preparing women-led and gender-smart businesses to access carbon markets and climate finance under Article 6 of the Paris Agreement. Selected companies across the renewable energy, circular economy, and sustainable agriculture sectors will receive coaching on carbon certification and project design. Two finalists will receive 25,000 dollar grants to help develop Project Design Documents for carbon credit certification.
