Wahu has been doing this in Rwanda and Kenya. The real test is battery swapping vs plug-in charging. Swapping works better for fleet use. Hope they went that route.

Small pilot but could be a stepping stone. Ghana has a huge motorbike taxi market. If this works for government fleets, private operators might follow.
