ISO 14068-1 is still new and it is good that the offset hierarchy is explicit: reduce first, offset last. But certification does not set the targets for you. Exotic Food picked 2040 and 2050, which are company choices. Buyers in Europe should push for annual disclosure, not just a certificate.
