Ferrari has unveiled the hull of Hypersail, a 30-meter foiling monohull designed for high-speed offshore racing. The vessel operates without a combustion engine, relying instead on a combination of wind, integrated solar panels, and kinetic energy recovery to power its onboard systems. By using foiling technology to reduce drag, Ferrari aims to challenge world sailing records, including the Jules Verne Trophy. The project serves as a research lab for aerodynamics and autonomous energy management in extreme maritime environments.
