eVerse.AI, an Indian climate-tech startup, says its IoT smart collars helped dairy farmers in Maharashtra double average monthly income and raise milk output by 38.6% over 24 months. The pilot used 400 collars in three villages and was independently validated. The company also sells a handheld methane sensor and a digital measurement, reporting and verification platform that turns verified methane savings into carbon credits. The startup says it has deployed more than 30,000 devices across Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh and Gujarat, covering 900,000 animals and 200,000 farmers. It plans to expand through the Maharashtra Methane Mission and a cooperative project with Banas Dairy, and is exploring entry into New Zealand with Fonterra. eVerse.AI says it has stayed bootstrapped and profitable since FY22.
