Eurazeo's Planetary Boundaries Fund has acquired a majority stake in T1A Group, a Danish company specializing in the refurbishment and resale of corporate IT hardware. T1A processes over 250,000 devices annually, including servers and laptops, to prevent them from entering landfills. By reselling roughly 90% of processed equipment, the company reduces the carbon footprint and water usage associated with manufacturing new hardware. This investment highlights a growing trend of private equity backing circular economy models to manage corporate electronic waste.
