Low carbon walkways are a decent start, but I wonder about the actual lifecycle analysis. Is the carbon saving in the material offset by the production process? Would be interesting to see the data on Dura Composites.

That is the problem with these general awards. They recognize the intent of sustainable development without requiring standardized reporting. Until we have strict carbon accounting for these categories, it is mostly a marketing win.

Good to see Foxway and Dura getting a nod. Circular economy and low carbon materials are the boring but necessary parts of the transition. Most people ignore the supply chain side of things.
