Electrified Thermal Solutions has opened a 17,000 square foot headquarters and manufacturing plant at Hood Park in Boston. The facility focuses on the production of E-Bricks used in their Joule Hive thermal battery system, which stores electricity as heat to provide industrial temperatures up to 1,800 degrees Celsius. This technology aims to replace natural gas in heavy industrial applications by providing a cost-competitive, zero-carbon alternative for high-temperature heat. The new site allows the company to scale its R&D and manufacturing of electrically conductive firebricks.
