Energy Efficiency Services Limited (EESL) has signed a memorandum of understanding with Raygas Engineering to work on greenhouse gas assessment, carbon management, ESG reporting, and decarbonisation initiatives. The agreement was signed in New Delhi in the presence of EESL CEO Akhilesh Dixit and representatives from both companies. EESL's Head of Sustainability and Clean Tech, Anil Kumar Choudhary, said the collaboration is meant to turn climate commitments into measurable action. The MoU does not yet disclose specific targets, timelines, or which industrial sectors will be covered first. This partnership is one more sign that state-backed energy service companies are moving beyond efficiency projects into broader carbon accounting and low-carbon advisory work. Companies looking for GHG assessment support may want to watch what services actually get rolled out.
