The Deendayal Port Authority (DPA), Kandla, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the International Council on Clean Transportation (ICCT) India. The partnership focuses on reducing greenhouse gas emissions and air pollution through cleaner fuels and improved port logistics. As part of its broader decarbonization strategy, DPA Kandla is also preparing to launch India's first 150 TPD e-Methanol plant in collaboration with Assam Petrochemicals Limited to support net-zero goals in the maritime sector.
