Carbon neutral building is a start, but I wonder about the actual energy load of those high speed X-rays and conveyors. Solar helps, but the real test is the operational efficiency of the HVAC in a warehouse that size.
That is the gap. Companies often claim carbon neutrality for the shell of the building while ignoring the scope 2 emissions from the actual machinery. We need to see the reporting standards they are using for this claim.
EV charging infrastructure for a fleet this size puts a real load on the local airport grid. Did they install onsite storage to buffer the peaks, or are they just leaning on the utility?
